These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the onewayrecharge website and services. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
onewayrecharge provides online mobile/DTH/bill recharge and wallet services through integrations with third-party operator APIs and payment processors (including PhonePe). We act as a facilitator to enable recharges and bill payments.
2. Account & Wallet
To use wallet and recharge features you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Wallet balances are managed by onewayrecharge and do not constitute bank deposits or earn interest.
3. Payments & Third-Party Services
Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (for example, PhonePe). Use of those gateways is subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, delays or errors caused by those third parties.
4. Transactions, Confirmation & Reversals
Transaction confirmation depends on mobile/network operators and payment gateways. If a recharge fails but you are debited, we will investigate and process refunds per our Refund Policy. We may need to wait for operator or gateway confirmations before initiating refunds.
5. User Conduct
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive behaviour. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity, and we may report fraud to law enforcement.
6. Fees & Taxes
Any fees for using the service will be displayed at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for any taxes attributable to your use of the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, onewayrecharge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the fees paid by you to onewayrecharge in the six months immediately preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on this site are owned by onewayrecharge or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for breach of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where onewayrecharge operates. Disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts of that jurisdiction.
